How to Make Swiss Chicken

This casserole is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet, heat oil until hot. Pan-sear chicken breasts on both sides for 2 minutes. Melt butter in a baking dish and place chicken breasts on top of the butter. Top chicken with slices of swiss cheese. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, pepper, and chicken broth. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Top the chicken with crushed croutons and bake until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
