With the summer warmth rolling in, I will very much be firing up the grill for these epic pineapple rooster thighs all year lengthy. So juicy and tender, these terrible boys are complemented by charred pineapple rounds (that you can throw on the grill the past few minutes of cooking the chicken), offering you that fantastic combination of sweet and savory.

Really don’t have a grill? Not to get worried. These perform beautifully on a solid iron grill pan as well.

TERIYAKI SAUCE

You can use any retail store-acquired manufacturer you prefer but my private most loved is Soy Vay Marinade & Sauce, Veri Veri Teriyaki.

MARINADE

I really endorse remaining in the 2-4 hour variety. Any lengthier and it may well get much too salty (with a unusual texture).

LEFTOVERS

Not certain if you’ll have any but if you do, the leftovers make for even much better pineapple rooster fried rice.
